Is it waterproof?

No we treat these just like we treat our digital cameras however in extreme a case could be knocked out. This should be made easier with the wide angle lens jutting out....that lens could be mounted in the lid and the camera just screwed to that. Perhaps some type of clear back or even a clear case to view the screen. The fact that it is so small makes the solutions far easier to conjure up for sure. The MinoHD is substantially smaller and we will be able to compare the footage from both in September. Will have some from the MinoHD this weekend.
