Annette in the NSS Office thinks that on-line membership
applications, renewals, and membership info update forms submitted
over the last weekend may not have been delivered (electronically) to
the NSS office. The system appears to be working fine, but she just
wants to be sure that no one was inadvertently lost in cyber space.
If you submitted one of these forms from the NSS Web site between
Thursday Nov 10 and Tuesday Nov 15, please complete and send the form
again, and make a note for Annette that it is a re-send (so you won't

She says sorry for any hassle, but better safe than sorry.
